Responsibilities:
- Responsible to document clear business requirements across multiple different business domains using accepted standards.
- Provide development teams with precise business requirements through use case, process flow and context diagrams.
- Lead requirement gathering sessions with senior business stake holders.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Superior presentation and negotiation skills
- Proven management and organizational skills
- Provide on-call coverage to support clients
- Use creative analysis skills to develop insights into complex questions
- Define the metrics required to measure business performance
- Develop future business plan recommendations based on potential risks and returns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in computer related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using databases with a large-scale data sets
- Ability to work independently in a demanding, fast paced, constantly changing environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, processes and work teams.
